    This is a working paint factory from 1907. Might be dusty, poorly insulated, and have a paint smell in some areas that are shared with the paint facility.

    -Only suitable for recording sound 5pm-6am M-F and Weekends.

    * Hours - M-F 7-3. Sat. Sun. 7-7
    * Included- all furniture in photos
    *Sound recording recommended on weekends and after 3:30pm on weekdays
